NOTICE OF REGULAR BOARD MEETING

The Board of Directors of the Walden on Lake Houston
Community Services Association, Inc. will hold a regular meeting on May 9,
2012, at the Walden on Lake Houston Country Club, 18100 Walden Forest Drive,
Humble, TX 77346. Open Session is
scheduled to begin at 6:45 p.m., and visitors are welcome.

The subject of the meeting is general business of the
Association, including monthly reports. 
If you wish to be scheduled to speak at this meeting, please contact the
Association’s office at (281) 852-1155 not later than the week prior to the
scheduled meeting.

Items that may be discussed in Executive Session prior to
6:45 p.m. include: actions involving personnel, pending or threatened
litigation, contract negotiations, enforcement actions, confidential
communications with the Association attorney, matters involving invasion of
privacy of owners, and other matters that are confidential by request of an
affected party and agreement of the Board.

Quorum Needed!

The Year 2012 Annual Meeting of the Members of the Walden on Lake Houston Community Services
Association was held on March 13, 2012, at 6:00 o'clock p.m. at the Walden on
Lake Houston Country Club, Humble,
Texas 77346. The required quorum of 10% of the voters was
not achieved at that meeting.

According to the Association’s By-Laws, in the event a
quorum is not achieved by combination of proxies and voters in attendance,
another meeting may be called, and the quorum requirement is one-half of the
quorum which was required at the first meeting. 
At the time of this notice, we
are only nine (9) proxies short of re-convening the meeting.

If you have not already returned your proxy for this
meeting, please do so as soon as possible, such that the annual meeting of
members may be brought to conclusion.
